YOUR EVERYDAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications

• Post job advertisements in different Groups

• Search & match the associate’s CV against the available roles within the country

• To source candidates via advertising, job board searches, networking, referrals, LinkedIn,
  and our extensive database

• To shortlist and telephone interview candidates to ascertain their suitability for a specified
  vacancy

• Format CVs and write interview reports to send them to our clients

• Arrange interviews and conduct interview preparation with candidates

• To make offers to candidates or reject them

• Lead communication and update the candidates

• Search for new recruiters and communicate with them

• Make market research & create research data presentations and analysis

 

YOUR BACKGROUND AND COMPETENCIES:

• Previous work experience in HR/IT recruitment

• Perfect analytical skills and digital literacy

• Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork skills

• Good experience using MS Office (MS Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

• Excellent English (Russian is an advantage)

• You are highly motivated to grow together with us
