• You are ready to give up the research process/ headhunting

• You are still interested in interviewing candidates and giving your personal opinion about their potential fit for our clients

• You like to develop a trusting relationship with our clients and suppliers on a daily basis

• You are ready and willing to independently manage our partner relations with a great number of recruitment agencies, mostly in Europe

• Previous work experience in HR

• In addition to excellent English skills, you have a good command of another language, for example German, Swedish or Spanish
